Bendix/King KS-271A Roll/Yaw Autopilot Servo
The KS-271A is an electrically driven surface actuator. It works alongside the pitch servo to drive the remaining lateral and directional dimensions for the Autopilot system.
Description
This unit has been bench tested by an FAA certified repair station and it comes with an 8130 single release dated 4/20/2026.
This servo is the mechanical muscle that physically steers your plane when the autopilot is turned on. Depending on how your airframe is rigged, it drives your ailerons to track a straight line or your rudder to keep your turns smoothly coordinated.
