This is a vintage, mechanical cockpit instrument designed to measure and display an aircraft's indicated airspeed by calculating the pressure differential from the pitot-static system.
Description
This unit has been bench tested by an FAA certified repair station and it comes with an 8130 single release dated 2/11/2026.
Key Technical Capabilities:
- Pitot-Static Operation: Uses a purely mechanical internal diaphragm that expands and contracts based on incoming ram air pressure versus static ambient air pressure, requiring no electrical power to read airspeed.
- Standard Panel Mount: Features a standard circular bezel designed for standard instrument panel cutouts.
- High-Velocity Scale: The faceplate accommodates a wide speed range spanning up to 300 MPH, providing continuous resolution for high-performance piston aircraft.
