Garmin Flight Stream 210 Wireless Bluetooth Gateway

The Garmin Flight Stream 210 is a compact, remote-mounted wireless gateway that establishes a secure Bluetooth connection between a cockpit’s integrated avionics and compatible mobile tablets or smartphones. By hardwiring directly into the aircraft's primary navigation lines, this TSO-certified unit allows flight crews to wirelessly synchronize flight plans, stream live weather, and overlay traffic data onto their portable electronic flight bags (EFBs) without manual data entry.

Description

This unit has been bench tested by an FAA certified repair station and it comes with an 8130 single release dated 7/21/2026.

Key Technical Capabilities
  • Wireless Flight Plan Syncing: Enables seamless, bi-directional flight plan transfers between mobile applications (such as ForeFlight or Garmin Pilot) and panel-mounted navigators, including the GTN 650/750 and GNS 430W/530W series.
  • Integrated Backup AHRS: Features a built-in, solid-state Attitude and Heading Reference System (AHRS). This internal sensor streams real-time pitch and roll data to backup a mobile device’s 3D synthetic vision display if primary panel instrumentation fails.
  • Convective Weather and Traffic Streaming: Channels real-time ADS-B weather and traffic telemetry from onboard remote receivers (such as the GDL 88, GDL 84, or GDL 69/A) directly to a tablet screen for enhanced situational awareness.
  • Universal Voltage Compatibility: Engineered with internal power regulation circuits that support both 14 VDC and 28 VDC nominal aircraft electrical architectures.
  • Satellite Communication Interface: Integrates with the Garmin GSR 56 Iridium datalink to allow crew and passengers to send/receive text messages and initiate phone calls directly through mobile apps while in flight.
