We are dedicated to protecting all information we collect and maintain only to provide services for you.  Any information you provide us including your name, address, phone number, or email address will not be released, sold or rented to any company or individuals outside of Park Rapids Avionics.  We will not record personal or sensitive information when you visit our website unless you enter the information voluntarily.

Park Rapids Avionics objects to any additional, contradictory or different terms contained in any initial or subsequent order or communication from Buyer pertaining to the Goods and Services. No modification of, addition to, or waiver of any of the Terms and Conditions and no other agreement, warranty, statement, promise or understanding not expressly set forth herein shall be effective unless agreed to in writing by an executive officer of Park Rapids Avionics. Except as set forth in the previous sentence, no agent, salesmen or other person or entity is authorized to bind Park Rapids Avionics. No course of prior dealings between the parties and no usage of the trade shall be relevant to supplement or explain any of the Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change from time to time, such changes to be effective upon posting on this website. Your continued use of the website after any such change will indicate your acceptance.
