Office and Inventory Manager

Full-Time | Growth-Oriented Role

We’re hiring an Operations & Inventory Specialist to take the lead of purchasing, receiving, inventory control, and operational coordination. This role is ideal for a highly organized, self motivated individual who wants responsibility, visibility, and room to grow. For the right candidate, there is also an opportunity to expand into accounting-related work over time.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage purchase orders, ordering, and all receiving
  2. Source parts and equipment at the best price from the best vendors
  3. Track orders, shipping, backorders, credits, and discrepancies
  4. Verify order acknowledgements and invoices against POs
  5. Maintain inventory accuracy, including serialized inventory and monthly audits
  6. Manage used inventory and tracking spreadsheets
  7. Handle RMAs, loaners, rebates, and core returns from start to completion
  8. Coordinate weekly with leadership on invoices, bills, POs, and inventory needs
  9. Review customer payments and post transactions
  10. Enter and maintain customer and aircraft records in Repair Station software
  11. Obtain pricing and availability on new and used equipment
  12. Support operational documentation
  13. Opportunity to assist with accounting tasks (invoice processing, credits, audits, reporting) for the right candidate

What We’re Looking For

  1. A Trustworthy, Dependable Responsible and Reliable individual with a good moral compass and a high level of integrity
  2. Strong organizational and time-management skills
  3. High attention to detail and follow-through
  4. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  5. Comfortable working with vendors and internal teams
  6. Interest in learning accounting or financial processes is a plus
  7. Inventory, purchasing, operations, or accounting experience preferred (not required)
